Official Rules – 7 Yards of Mulch Giveaway

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older, who live within 30 miles of Bulletproof Rentals’ location in Loganville, GA. Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Bulletproof Rentals are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bulletproof Equipment Rentals, 4640 Lawrenceville Rd, Loganville, GA 30052 (“Sponsor”).

3. How to Enter

Entries will be accepted beginning [08/28/25] and ending [09/04/25]. To enter, complete the entry form available through the official Facebook lead form or at [website link]. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a delivery of 7 cubic yards of mulch (black or brown, winner’s choice) delivered within 30 miles of Sponsor’s location. Approximate retail value (ARV): $[291]. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about [09/04/2025]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Delivery

Delivery will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. Delivery address must be within 30 miles of Sponsor’s location. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, winner may be required to provide an alternate site within eligibility range.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the courts of Walton County, Georgia.
